We realise that there is some confusion as events do not all have the same system and we are endevouring to gain a balance between fairness to the competitor and income for the organiser. We had hoped this would be ready for 2007 but there is a great deal of consultation to be done so hopefully it will be completed for the following season. The revised proposal, once the responses are all reviewed, will go before the Sport's Committee in February. Entry and Refunds Original Proposal
